Description

This is an amended solicitation announcement for RFP SP4400-04-R-0014, disposal, transportation, storage, non-personal services for pickup, removal of hazardous, non-hazardous waste that include PCBs for DRMO Corpus Christi, TX, Ingleside, Kingsville, and surrounding locations. This RFP is a firm-fixed, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, 100% Small Business Set-Aside and has been posted on the World Wide Web (http://www.drms.dla.mil) or http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. The date of issuance for the above solicitation was posted on July 23, 2004, and the closing date will be August 24, 2004, Eastern Standard time, 4:30 p.m., close of business. Anticipating a single award for this procurement. This RFP offers an 18-month Base Period and two (2) 18-month Option Periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the contract periods. Prospective contractors and subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing the handling, disposal, and transporting of hazardous waste material and environmental protection. Instructions: Review the Statement of Work for performance responsibilities and direct all questions and concerns to Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service, Hart-Dole-Inuoye Federal Center, DRMS-PHW, 74 N. Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3092.
