Description: This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Bay Cities Refuse Inc., of CA to provide and service debris boxes within Golden Gate National Recreation Area within the scope of the Marin County Exclusive Franchise awarded to Bay Cities Refuse Service, Inc., on April 1, 1993. Therefore, the National Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price contract for debris box service to Bay Cities Refuse Service Inc., on an other than full and open competition basis.
