17) This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 10, 2004 with a bid opening date of approximately 14 days following issuance. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE RE-GARDING OF A 9000 S/F HISTORIC DRIVEWAY AT Longfellow National Historic Site, 105 Brattle Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Solicitation Number Q1720040916. The project consists of the re-grading of 9000 s/f historic driveway at Longfellow National Historic Site. The work to be performed consists of the removal and disposal of the existing driveway surface (4 inches in depth); and the installation of a new Graded Base surface (4 inches in depth), graded for drainage. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation. This Solicitation is subject to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and as such is open to all concerns regardless of size. The NAICS code for this project is 237110 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The contract performance time is (30) calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204, the estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
