Description

This acquisition is to furnish all plant, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work required for Rehab Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) Building, Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), Springfield, Missouri. The pr oject includes, but is not limited to, power washing, painting, installing electrical receptacles, installing a shower, plumbing fixtures and associated appurtenances. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $28,500,000. Contractor must be enrolled in the CCR program. Solicitations will be provided in response to written requests only. Refere nce the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. A fax request will be accepted. FAX number is (573) 596-0267. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. This is an advance notice for solicitation number W911S7-04-B-0015. The Government anticipates this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to result in a firm fixed type construction contract. This is a construction project and Davis Bacon wages apply to this acquisition. All procedures relating to Davis Bacon (FAR Part 22.403) must be followed. All responsive and responsible bids will be considered. Faxed or electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted.
