Description

Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications to replace the existing HVAC system and rewiring the building, including r eplacing the existing power service with a new power service at Building 119, 201 Augur Avenue (Fuller Hall), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This project will produce minor lead based paint waste. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 . This will be a firm fixed-price contract. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts f or the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12.0 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238220. Evaluation of bids shall be in accordance with FAR 14.101, Elements of Sealed Bidding. IFB is to be issued on or about 11 August 2004. Bidders are required to download the IFB, specifications and any associated amendments from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders are responsible to routinely check referenced websites for posted amendments to the s olicitation and to acknowledge amendments IAW the solicitation provisions. Failure to properly acknowledge amendments prior to date and hour specified for receipt of offers may result in bid rejection.
