Description

Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work necessary to repair windows and insulate the walls of a single family house at 611 Scott Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The p roject scope includes cleaning and re-glazing the windows, painting the window trim, and insulating the walls of the house. This project will product minor lead-based paint waste. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,00. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238310. RFQ is to be issued on or about 11 August 2004.
