Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description 1) ENCLOSURE, RF SHIELDED, FREE STANDING, CONSISTS OF FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILING PANELS, INTERIOR DIMENSIONS: 12 FT WIDE X 16 FT LONG X 8FT HIGH, ENGINEERING DRAWINGS, INSTALLATION DRAWINGS AND A BILL OF MATERIALS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE PACKAGE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED: (1 EA) 6 FT WIDE X 7 FT HIGH ENTRY DOOR, POWERLINE FILTERS; (2 EA) 2 X 30 AMP 60Hz LIGHTS/OUTLETS, (2 EA) 2 x 30 AMP 400 Hz POWER AND (1 EA) 2 X 5 AMP 60Hz FOR SMOKE DETECTOR; (2 EA) 12? X 12? WAVEGUIDE AIR VENTS WITH DIELECTRIC CONNECTORS; (1 EA) 12? X 12? PENETRATION PANEL WITH CONNECTORS; (1 EA) BRASS GROUND CONNECTION. ENCLOSURE TO BE TESTED USING MIL-STD-285 AT THE FOLLOWING FREQUENCIES 10KHz, 50MHz, 1GHz & 10GHz. FREIGHT ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE TO SECOND FLOOR. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F33TSD420201. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. North American Industrial Classification Standard 332311, Small Business Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB Destination: INSTALLATION AND SETUP ON-SITE IN BLDG 22, ROOM 215, 303 N. SEVENTH STREET, EGLIN AFB FL 32542. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.
