The area of consideration is in Los Angeles, CA with the following boundaries: North:Golden State Fwy(5) to the Pasadena Fwy(110); East: Golden State Fwy(5) to the Long Beach Fwy(710)to Gage Avenue; South: Gage Avenue to the Harbor Fwy(110); West: Harbor Fwy(110) to the Pasadena Fwy to the Golden State Fwy(5). A 50'building setback is required, along with a minimum 10' high security type fence for the vehicle parking.
