Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supplt Center, Puget Sound has a requirement for void filling valves (diaphram actuated). FISCPS intends to award a sole-sourced procurement to Griswold, dba Cla-Val Company. Award will be made utilized commercial SAP procedures IAW FAR Part 13.5. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond on the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. A copy of this solicitation may be viewed and downloaded at www.neco.navy.mil. Place of delivery is FOB Destination- Bremerton Wa. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will be accepted in the envent an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from NECO website. No bidders lisst will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quote may render your quote nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
