Berthing for an estimate of 432 double rooms over the next fiscal year, (Non-smoking only). The Naval Reserve Center will not pay for any unoccupied rooms. Berthing is for drilling reservist only. Reservations will be made 48 hours prior to the monthly drill weekend. All reservations will made/authorized by Supply Department personnel only. Hotel must be within 18 miles of Naval Reserve Center Cleveland. Access to shuttle services from airport to hotel, and from hotel to reserve center must be available from Friday -Sunday. A full service restaurant with the ability to provide breakfast and dinner must be available. Meal rates are listed below and must be billed separately from berthing. The total estimated rooms is 432. 2. All additional room expenses will be charged directly to member. (I.E. Telephone charges, room service or Laundry) 3. Meal Rates are as follows: Breakfast =$5.00, Dinner = $10.00. Charges exceeding allotted meal rates will be charged directly to member. 4. Consolidated monthly billing must be available and will be paid each month via Government purchase Card. Notify the Naval Reserve Center immediately following scheduled reservation date of NO-SHOW personnel. 5. Requested start dates: From 01 Oct 2004 thru 30 Sep 2005. 6.
