Description

RENOVATION OF CRITICAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM: The United States Geological Survey intends to procure all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete renovation of critical water supply system. This notice is a solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully. FOR SCOPE OF WORK: See RFQ #04ERSS0080. HOW TO RESPOND: In order to compete, interested parties must submit a quote by 12:00 (noon) EST on August 26, 2004 to Sally Stephens, U.S. Geological Survey Acquisitions and Grants Branch, 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20192. Proposal Evaluation Criteria: (1) Technical Factors (2) Price and price related factors (Firm-Fixed Price). This will be a Best-Value award determination. Price will be a factor but technical factors are far more important. A copy of RFQ # 04ERSS0080 will only be available electronically at the following web site: http://www.ideasec.nbc.gov/.
