Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary and required to construct improvements to an access road and parking lot. The work includes earth/site work, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, outdoor lighting, and entrance gate. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code is 234990. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation will issue on or about August 10, 2004, with the bid due on or about September 9, 2004.
