- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT MS VIRGINIA HOLEMAN, CLINICAL ANALYST, AT 706-787-2019. EMAIL ADDRESS virginia.holeman@se.amedd.army.mil. This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE S outheast Region which include all DoD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and SOUTHCOM are in the process of standardizing Arm Boards as listed in the subject line above. These include all sizes of arm boards. Companies who currently possess a Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) or those in the process of obtaining a DAPA with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) for this product are eligible to participat e in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a variety of sizes of arm boards, must provide customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within the TRICARE Southeast Region, mu st provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide companys return policy, must provide companys distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Southeast Region, and must provide electr onic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: a. Products must be latex-free. b. Products must be available in various sizes. c. Products must be disposable. d. Products must be simple and easy to use requiring minimal training. Respondents must provide written detailed information on the proposed products, which clearly outline the requirements stated above. Please send your initial response(s) via E-mail or on company letterhead; include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DAPA Number, Solicitation Number, and when to expect products/literature.
