- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT MS VIRGINIA HOLEMAN, CLINICAL ANALYST, AT 706-787-2019. EMAIL ADDRESS virginia.holeman@se.amedd.army.mil. This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Sou theast Region which include all DoD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and SOUTHCOM are in the process of standardizing Pressure Bags as listed in the subject line above. These include all sizes of pressure bags. Companies who currently possess a Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) or those in the process of obtaining a DAPA with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) for this product are eligible to partic ipate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: disposable or non-disposable pressure bags, available in a variety of sizes, must provide customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within the TRICARE Southeast Region, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide companys return policy, must provide companys distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Southeast Region, and must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes disposable or non-disposable pressure bags but is not limited to the following: A. Products must be latex-free. B. Must be available in a variety of sizes. C. Non-disposable must be durable and easy to clean D. Products must allow for a high visibility to permit a clear view of fluid level. E. Products must not require an electrical power source is hand powered. F. Precise and easy to read pressure gauges. G. Products must be simple and easy to use and requiring minimal training. Respondents must provide all written detailed information on the proposed products, which clearly outline the requirements stated above.
