Description

Phase I -- Relocation Planning and Project Management The PM and the Relocation contractor will work jointly to develop a coordinated draft schedule that identifies the Government??????s categorization of all programs and personnel into Move Groups. The Move Groups are aggregates of offices and office suppor t spaces that are to be relocated. Support information will include layouts of the facility, full listings of inventory to be relocated. Phase II -- Asset Inventory, Requirements Identification and Documentation. This covers an extensive amount of data gat hering and documentation to identify requirements of individual SDDC organizations. A significant component of this contract deals with the need to identify all equipment to be relocated. Phase III - Physical Relocation This phase covers the actual physical relocation and delivery of materials to its final destination. The physical relocation will primarily occur on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
