Description
NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to Army Community Service Family Program Managers. Contractor will provide intake (assist customers in completing DA Form 5897 for assessment of services needed atACS) family assistance and support services to Active/Reserve component forces and emergency essential civilians and families. Programs are highly visible within Command and make significant contributions to readiness, well-being and quality of life. Family Programs Assistant (FAP) assist with the maintenance of case records and prepare submissions of Army Family Team Building (AFTB) statistics. FAP coordinates with supporting agencies to ensure availability of materials, supplies, volunteer incentives, equipment, as well as subject matter experts needed to augment training, establishes, implements and coordinates all local AFTB administrative and operational policies and procedures. Maintains resource library and historic records and provides reports and information as required. Markets, publicizes and informs community/organizational stakeholders with regards to program; assists with development of Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) plans and conducts training for AFAP process, work group management and issue development.
