Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to repair tennis court surface by repairing/filling cracks, filling/leveling depressions and birdbaths, resurfacing entire court, re-stripping court and installing center net anchors. Tennis courts are a battery of two courts in a fenced enclosure; tennis court surface to be resurfaced is the entire surface to include area that extends beyond the fencing. All work to be performed on McConnell AFB, Sedgwick County, Kansas. Performance period is ninety (90) calendar days. The NAICS Code is 237990 and the SIC is 1629, the small business size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. A single Firm Fixed-Price Construction contract will be awarded. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns; Small Disadvantaged Business; Emerging Small Business; or Small Disabled Veteran Business. Interested companies that fall under any of these categories should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer, in writing, as early as possible but to be received not later than 7 calendar days of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from any these concerns by close of business 7 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition without further notice. All offerors MUST be registered in the CCR for award.
