Description

Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform services to remove current carpet and install new carpet and baseboards in building 282, east side, first and second floor in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The carpet shall be Lee?s Bottega DV256, color 318 Cascades. The baseboards shall be Johnsonite DC-48 4?x 4? rubber toe, grey, 11448-011. Period of Performance: Contractor shall have required services completed within 60 calendar days from award date. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-04-Q-0017, will be issued via fax and will be posted to this website. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 10 Aug 2004 and approximate response date for bids 09 Sep 2004. Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
