Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Performance Analysis Center for Excellent (PACE), 615 Davis Drive, Suite 800, Morrisville, 27756 has a requirement for a contractor to provide a performance assessment and gap analysis comparing the VistARAD Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) with commercially available PACS. Proposal Due Date is August 5, 2004 at 4:00 PM Eastern. The NAICS Code is 541611 and the Size Standard is $6 Million. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) Set-Aside. Solicitation packages will be available on/or about 6/20/2004. Solicitation documents maybe obtained electronically at www.bos.oamm.va.gov. The contract period is 90-days from date of award. Offers must be received at the Hampton VAMC, 100 Emancipation Drive, Building 27, Hampton, VA 23667 on or before August 5, 2004. Contract award shall be made based on the best value to the Government by performing a price/technical tradeoff analysis. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make contract award without discussion. NO ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
