Description
The objective of this requirement is to develop a Youth Traffic Safety Report. This Report shall be a comprehensive collection of current data and information concerning traffic safety problems among youth ages 8 through 24, as well as data and information helpful to making program design decisions for that age group. The Report shall include data on general demographics, crash characteristics, crash population characteristics, crash outcomes, general traffic safety behavior, attitudes toward traffic safety, violation data, licensing data, and channels of communication. It is intended that a Cost Reimbursable type contract will be awarded for this effort. The anticipated period of performance for this effort is twenty (20) months. NAICS Code for this contract is 518210. Electronic copies of the RFP and any other documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (www) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. The Internet site or URL for the FedBizOpps page is www.fedbizopps.gov or the GSA Electronic Posting Service (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Requests for paper copies of the RFP will not be accepted. The anticipated date for the release of the solicitation is on or before August 9, 2004.
