- WA PFH 158-1(5), FLOWERY TRAIL ROAD, Colville National Forest, Stevens County, Washington. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THIS WORK CONSISTS OF: 7.975 km of grading, drainage, base, asphalt concrete pavement, and new signing and striping. PROJECT IS LOCATED approximately 1 km east of Chewelah, Washington. Work shall be completed by August 22, 2006. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
