This comparison will allow technical assessment of the performance of the ACTTS systems, including ground systems; to determine the accuracy and validity of various weapons simulations used during air combat training missions. The ADBR software modification shall have the following capability: Record up to twenty (20) selected MIL-STD 1553 messages from the aircraft weapon data bus with arrival time of all selected messages GPS time tagged to microsecond accuracy. The basic training software delivered with the P4R1 pod will be included in a suitable form to allow re-programming of the system from the training configuration (P4RC) to the test capability and vice versa. The P4R1 will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The physical properties of the pod should not be altered except as required.
