Description

Provide A/E services to renovate approximately 4,600 sq. ft. of space on the third floor at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC, Clarksburg, WV. The area renovated will provide modern office space. The project will design the removal and replacement of all walls, floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, removal of asbestos and other work necessary to make the area completely functional. The estimated construction budget is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimate design time is approximately nine months. The area of consideration for this acquisition is restricted to firms located within a 150 mile radius of the VAMC, Clarksburg, West Virginia. Interested firms must submit three (3) copies of SF-330 to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 by COB on August 24, 2004. This is not a request for proposal. See Numbered Note 1.
