An unrestricted data package is available after the issue date of 13 Aug 2004 at http://www,dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. DO NOT contact the buyer for copies of the solicitation or the drawing. A copy of the RFP may be downloaded from the DSCR Procurement Gateway after the issue date. An Indefinite Quantity Contract is planned for a base and 4 option years, for an estimated quantity of 38 each for the base year and 24 for each of the option years.
