- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is looking for existing programs that address the identified objectives. The List of New courses to be offered in FY05, Excerpts from the NSWCDD Strategic Intent and Criteria for Instructional Learning at NSWCDL are available at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY/busop.htm. Please advise if the courses are on GSA schedule. Provide the resum es of facilitators with significant experience in delivering programs with this focus. Experience with Navy, Department of Defense, or other federal research and development organizations will add to the facilitator?s credibility with the target audience. Interested parties should submit the following information: 1. Course objectives, outline and description of course. 2. Representative cost of delivery for each course selected. Provide your commercial price list. 3. Experience in delivering programs similar in nature to this program. 4. Name and credentials of facilitator(s) available to deliver this program. 5. Partial customer list demonstrating the desired experience with Federal, Navy and/or DoD research and development organizations. Please indicate the nature of services provided for each customer listed. 6. References who can address your experience in delivering stated program (Organization, name and phone number of point of contact). Please focus the materials that you provide to demonstrate your ability to understand and meet the above needs. Providing course descriptions that are unrelated to the described program may be interpreted as an inability to understand the requirement. If you submit proprietary data, please mark it clearly with appropriate markings. Responses shall be submitted no later than 13 August 2004 and identify number N00178-04-Q-1055.
