Description

DESC: THERMOSTAT SWITCH NSN: 5930-01-173-5869, Part Number 5-45-5869 for the M17 Decontamination System. The Thermostat Switch was previous issued as Solicitation: W52H0904-R-0016. This solicitation will be issued as an UNRESTRICTED procurement and will result in a Four (4) Year Fixed Price Requirements Contract. THE THERMOSTAT- HIGH TEMPERATURE CUTOFF-BURNER IS AN APPROVED SOURCE OF SUPPLY TO TEXAS INSTRUMENT, (CAGE: 82647) (P/N: 4344-324-4), PHONE NUMBER: (508) 236-3531 OR ENGINEERED AIR SYSTEMS, (CAGE: 90598) (P/N: 19275-1), PHONE NUMBER: (314) 993-5880. FOB is DESTINATION. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is 09 August 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) theref ore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download the solicitation on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitati on will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsiv e and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
