Description
The purpose of this amendment is to change to whom awards will be made and to answer questions. Current editions of the Statement of Work and 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items are posted on the web page. Following the statement - It is anticipated that three awards will be made as a result of this solicitation insert the following: One award will be made via a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside. One award will be made via a small bus iness set-aside and the other award will be made through full and open competition. If no qualified proposal is received from a service-disabled veteran-owned small business or from a small business, that set-aside will be automatically dissolved. The su cceeding statement - This is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside is removed. Question: What is the definition of the term burdened hourly rate? What does it mean as opposed to hourly rate? It is used in Exhibit A the labor columns. Answer: The burdened hourly rate includes all overhead and profit as opposed to the hourly rate, which does not include those items. Question: What is the estimated award date and ensuing period of performance, including starting and expiration dates of the resulting contracts? Answer: The estimated award date is 13 Sep 04. The period of performance will be five years from the date of award. Question: Is this procurement the result of a follow-on/recompete of a previous, incumbent contract? Answer: No. Question: Is the prime contractor required under this solicitation to provide past performance information or can all past performance be provided by the sub-contractor? Answer: The prime contractor and the sub-contractor both need to submit past performance information.
