Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. The Family Advocacy/EFMP Specialist (hereafter referred to as ?contractor?E shall work independently to coordinate and implement a wide range of education and prevention strategies to assist commanders, service members, soldiers, family members and Department of the Army Civilians (DACs) in the prevention of spouse and child abuse and provide information regarding topics related to family advocacy and EFMP. The Contractor shall work in coordination with the Army Community Service Officer (ACSO) and the FAPM. The programs will include unit training, civilian personnel training, community-wide activities and programs to youth of all ages. The Contractor shall provide direct services to family members enrolled in the EFMP as outlined in AR 608-75. The Contractor will provide services 40 hours per week, generally during the operating hours of the ACS office. Official established performance work month for this contract would be first through last day of the month. Contractor will be paid once per month.
