Description

Priority B Sites Storm Damage Repair project is for; reconditioning roadway and ditches; remove and replace damaged culverts and fills; place riprap; install geotextile and geocomposite sheet drains; and constructing a mechanically stabilized earth wall with anchors and tiebacks. Project is located on the Hood Canal Ranger District, Olympic National Forest. Performance period is from Sept. 16, 2004, to August 31, 2005, weather permitting. Davis Bacon wage rates do apply. Under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this is not a small business set-aside project. A price evaluation preference will be given to HUBZone small business concerns. Project price range is between $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation will be released on, or about, August 06, 2004.
