Description
The US Army Communications Electronics Command is seeking sources to perform maintenance on the prime mission equipment (PME) for two Airborne Reconnaissance Low Communication Intelligence (ARL-C) aircraft. The ARL-C is an airborne day/night signals intercept and direction finding system employing a suite of sensors to exploit a variety of ground communications targets. The system is capable of autonomous, near real time target exploitation and has the appropriate communications/data links to enabl e dissemination of tactical reports to users. The day-to-day maintenance consists of contractor logistics support in the areas of program management, depot maintenance, field service representative, post deployment software, fly-away operations, and train ing support. The government does not possess any technical data, drawings, or maintenance plans to provide as a baseline. The maintenance will be required beginning January 2005 and continue for up to 2 years. Potential sources are to submit complete y et concise proof of technical competence within 30 days of this notice. This is not a request for proposals but rather a request for precise technical documentation submitted to the below recipients. Submissions shall contain sufficient detail to demonst rate technical competence of the ARL-C configuration.
