Description

Amendment Number 0003 has been issued to revise the Government's response to Question 27, which was addressed under Amendment 0001. There are no further changes made to the terms and conditions of the RFP. The suspense date for submission of propos als is not extended. The basic RFP and all amendments issued to date can be found on the Defense Contracting Command Washington homepage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. The Question and the Government's amended response are as follows : QUESTION 27. Request that the expected format/content of the orals presentation be provided to allow the bidders to determine resourcing requirements and to begin the response process. GOVERNMENT RESPONSE (AMENDED). The format of the oral presentatio n is left to the discretion of the Offeror. Provided that the Offeror addresses the requirements set forth in the solicitation at PART VI, Phase 2 Oral Presentations. With regard to resourcing requirements, the Government will make the following equipment available for oral presentations: computer, overhead projector (with CD, floppy or zip drive and audio system). The Operating System is Office XP Professional, Suite 2000.
