Description

The Carl T. Hayden VAMC, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a contractor to provide lease on a month-to-month basis of a temporary Mobile Cardiac Catheterization Lab trailer fully equipped with brand name or equal digital Philips or Siemens equipment, complete to include delivery and training for VAMC Phoenix staff, commencing October 2, 2004, as needed. This acquisition is unrestricted full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 532490 and Business Size Standard is $6.0 Million. The solicitation shall be made available on or about July 21, 2004 with a due date of August 17, 2004, by 3:00PM USA/Arizona MST time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.box.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. A site visit will be conducted on August 3, 2004, at Bldg 23 of the Carl T Hayden VAMC at 9:00AM. No other site visit will be conducted.
