Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0181. This is a total Small Business set-aside associated with NAICS code 332999 (500 employees). CLIN 0001: HMMWV Gun Mounts & P rotective Kits in accordance with SOW for Gun Trucks, Quantity: 2. CLIN 0002: HMMWV Gun Mounts & Protective Kits in accordance with SOW for Troop Trucks, Quantity:2. CLIN 0003: Delivery. Requisition Number W81E0H0REF0122. Acceptance shall be at Destinati on. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 within 90 days of contract award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The prov ision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Price and Past Performance and less important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
