- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the intention of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to purchase 1 each Aircraft Computer, PN: 3010-00-00 manufactured by Universal Avionics, 2 each DTU-100 Data Transfer Units, Blk, PN 1406-01-2 manufactured by Universal Avionics. A FAA 8130-3 Air Worthiness Certificate must be supplied with these items. There is no solicitation number. For reference, PR Number W81GNX-4177-9004 is provided for identification purp oses only. Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting quotations. The provision at FAR 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
