PRON: AX4F0448AX, NOUN: HINGE ASSEMBLY, TAIL, NSN: 1615-01-101-9704, PN: 70215-05002A-046, Quantity: 80 each applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testi ng is 80 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 80 each, 210 Days DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the techn ical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
