Description

Contractor to provide Geriatric Dentistry Services for Deferred Service Patiets that are in need of Prosthetic procedures. Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts and transportation to fabricate complete Dentures, or upper/lower partials, impressions, jaw relations. Dentures or partial try in. Delivery of the Completed prostseas and the final recheck on patients after wearing the prosthetic for any adjustments or any relines. 1. Full Dentures 32 Ea _________ 2.
