- Description
- The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Direct Dimensions Incorporated, 8C Music Fair Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117. The items and services purchased include a Konica Minolta Vivid 910 portable 3-D laser scanning camera with interchangeable lenses and other options, a computer workstation (Dell with WinXP and 1GB Ram) configured with Raindrop Geomagic software applications and then customized to integrate with existing CBP Research laboratory systems, installation support, one day of training at Direct Dimensions and a one year maintenance and support agreement for all the hardware and software, including that which was customized. The simplified acquisition procedures described in FAR Part 13 will be utilized. A firm-fixed purchase order is anticipated. A solicitation will not be issued.
