- The contractor shall provide Rite-Lite Series Tower Set (Name Brand or Equal to) for the Government's use. Please provide Shipment and/or F.O.B charges into the Unit Price. The shipment price or F.O.B. charges WILL NOT be a separate line item. THIS IS AN ALL OR NONE COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. The offeror will include all factors in their proposal or the proposal will be considered as NON-responsive. The Government will NOT help in the shipment of the items.
