Description

NAICS CODE: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to pave entrance road to Pit River Campground approximately 483 tons pavement required and road prepreation work. Project location - Shasta County, 1/2 mile South of Hwy 299, approximately 7.3 miles East of junction of Highways 89 & 299, between the towns of Burney and Fall River Mills, watch for the BLM Pit River Campground sign. Prospective offers must have a Dunns and Bradstreet number http://www.dnd.com and be registered in CCR prior to award of the RFQ. If your CCR registration is marked incomplete your offer will not be considered. It is your responsibility to register on line at http://www.ccr.gov. One Site Tour is scheduled for, August 18, 2004 at 10:00am, meet at Pit River Campground. Your contact will be Dave McKirahan, 530-233-4666. The solicitation and associated attachments will be posted electronically on http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ on or about July 30, 2004 and will close August 28, 2004 at 11:59EST. No hard copies will be mailed, all quotes must be received electronically. Period of Performance is 14 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start date is September 13, 2004, estimated end date is September 27, 2004. This RFQ is estimated not to exceed $100,000.00 and all awards over $25,000.00 will require 100% payment protection of either an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Payment Bond and will be due within 15 days after award.
