Description: Furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, parts, transportation, tools, and facilities necessary to perform work required to complete project FTQW 03-2909, Relocate Driveway, B3129 and Sidewalks, B1176 in strict accordance to statement of work and asso ciated project documents dated July 1 2004. Contractor is to excavate/fill to accommodate depth of new asphalt section and contruct a new driveway. The sidewalk portion of this project consist of the installation of approximately 1855 square feet of side walk near Building 1176. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is 100 percent set aside for small business. The NAICS Code 238990 with a size standard $12,000,000.
