Description

Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to perform exterior restoration on Building 1, at the Veterans Administration North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), 5901 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas Texas. Work will be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be available through this website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The procurement action for the above-mentioned requirement is a sealed bid (IFB). The IFB number is 549-75-04. The solicitation date is August 2, 2004 with a closing date of September 1, 2004. There is a geographical limitation of one hundred and fifty (150) mile for companies who wish to bid on this project. Prospective bidders must have a branch office within the one hundred fifty (150) miles of the location where the work will be performed. The prospective bidders must have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in exterior building/structural restoration/renovation (submit references with your bid).
