Description

Provide all vehicles, equipment and personnel necessary to provide Ambulance, Hired Car and Wheelchair Van Services to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, the Chalmers P. Wylie Outpatient Clinic, Columbus, Ohio and specified Community Based Outpatient Clinics and alternate delivery sites as specified. Contract period one (1) year to commence October 1, 2004 or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30, 2005 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options, all subject to availability of funds. RFP tentatively scheduled to be issued 07/30/2004 and RFP document will be posted o/a that date. Requests for hardcopy of the solicitation document must be in writing and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS 621910.
