Description

Provide all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, supplies, materials and equipment, except Government furnished space and utilities necessary to provide complete glazing maintenance/window washing services for the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida 33744 and The VA Regional Office, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33708 for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four addition one-year periods. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning of insect and energy conservations screens, cleaning of windowsills and sashes. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, with industry standards/manufacturers? guidelines, and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications of this solicitation. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. All bids must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449. Contractors are advised that this is a sealed bid and bid label (OF-17) must be adhered to the outside of sealed bid. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720 applies. This is a 100% total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, and will be issued on or about July 18, 2004 with bids due on or about August 18, 2004.
