Description
The US Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear and Facility Safety Policy, intends to award a simplified acquisition to Innovative Web Applications Inc. (IWA) located at 134 East Gate Drive, Los Alamos, NM, for Phase II of the REVCOM/TSP requirement. This proposed actions is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Department is currently utilizing the proprietary REVCOM 4.0 software with the Technical Standards Program (TSP). The REVCOM software was developed and tailored for use with the TSP and has been installed and supported by IWA for several years. IWA will provide a continuation of software licensing, software maintenance, technical consultation, unscheduled periodic upgrades of the software as released, training, technical bulletings and installation on the IWA server. Vendors that can provide the required services for this system may submit a capabilities statement with a price estimate. All submissions must be received within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
