Description

The work will consist of furnishing and installing rock riprap in Major County, Oklahoma. Mobilization, 1 LS; 18? Riprap installed along streambank, 2,600 tons; bedding installed along streambank, 500 tons; 24? riprap weirs (4)installed in Cimarron River, 10,500 tons; 4? surge installed, 200 tons; and Geotextile installed, 1500 SY. All quantities are estimates. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $250,000 - $400,000. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 238990. Bid packets will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov on August 2, 2004. There is a site showing scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on August 17, 2004, at USDA NRCS Fairview Field Office, 225 N. Main, Fairview, OK. Bids may be mailed to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 206, Stillwater, OK 74074, or hand-carried to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 213, Stillwater, OK 74074. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 1 P.M.
