Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, High Plains Grasslands Research Station, located in Cheyenne, Wyoming requires reroofing two houses. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work to remove existing cedar shakes and install new shingles. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $25,000 and $50,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1274-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAXED quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ (970) 492-7031 on or before July 30, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238160 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1274-82HW-04 which will be available on or about July 19, 2004. The anticipated award date is August 6, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
