Also NSN: 5930-01-351-2353, Approved sources (1J9T5) P/N: A3131742 and (31946) P/N: 2400-4441 AND (80063)P/N: A3131742. There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited for 5930-01-376-1999: 100-199, 200-299, 300-399, 400-499 and 500-599. Various increments solicited for 5930-01-351-2353: 100-199, 200-299, 300-399, 400-499, 500-599. The surge requirement for 5930-01-376-1999 is as follows: 73 ea within 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days. Delivery for 5930-01-376-1999 is to be 100 ea. within 120 days, with 100 ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter.
