Description

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS 1) Section L.1.4 Executive Summary Matrix. We understand that the Executive Summary Matrix is limited to 2 pages and is not counted against the volume I page limit. Is there page limit for the Executive Summary itself and is it counted against the volume page limit? Response: There is no requirement for an Executive Summary per se (beyond the Executive Summary Matrix). Therefore should the bidder include an executive summary it will be counted against the page limit for the volume in which it is included. 2) Past Performance Sections L.2.2.2 and L.2.2.3 appear to be asking for the same references. Can we combine these two into one template that mirrors the template for Iraq experiences and reference (L.2.2.4)? Response: No objection to combining reference sections.
