Description
QUESTIONS and ANSWERS RFP No. W914NS-04-R-0158 1. Section L.1.4 Executive Summary Matrix. We understand that the Executive Summary Matrix is limited to 2 pages and is not counted against the volume I page limit. Is there page limit for the Executive Summary itself and is it counted against the volume page limit? Response: There is no requirement for an Executive Summary per se (beyond the Executive Summary Matrix). Therefore should the bidder include an executive summary it will be counted against the page limit for the volume in which it is included. 2. Past Performance Sections L.2.2.2 and L.2.2.3 appear to be asking for the same references. Can we combine these two into one template that mirrors the template for Iraq experiences and reference (L.2.2.4)? Response: No objection to combining reference sections. 3. Can Contractor take over the existing office space for all three business centers? Response: The 3 existing business centers now are being funded by Army Civil Affairs units. The business centers will make share the resources they have (office space, office equipment, internet access, etc.) with the Contractor. The Contractor will not be charged rent for sharing resources in any business center. There is no guarantee, however, that any business center will have the amount of space and equipment that the Contractor requires to fulfill its plans. The Contractor will agree the details of a transition of authority for the business centers with Civil Affairs. There is no prohibition on the Contractor sharing authority with Civil Affairs under any mutually agreeable arrangement. 4. Will any rent be charged? If so, how much? Response: See answer to no. 3 above 5. Can Contractor take over general office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.) in the centers for the duration of this contract? Response: See answer to no. 3 above 6. References to SF 1449 should read SF 33. Please complete Blocks 13 through 18 on SF 33, and submit the SF 33 with your proposal.
