Description: ARCHEOLOGICAL OVERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT (AOA) FOR MINUTE MAN NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK (NHP) LOCATED IN THE TOWNS OF CONCORD, LINCOLN, AND LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS. Solicitation Number N1820040208. Work to be performed is the preparation of an Archeological Overview and Assessment Proposal for various sites within Minute Man National Historical Park. An AOA is a required park archeological planning document that describes and assesses the known and potential archeological resources of a park. The Minute Man NHP AOA will include background information on the location and general condition of archeological resources including archeological sites as well as artifacts and associated documentation. The AOA will summarize in an expanded table format the history of excavations at each site and evaluation of the success of each excavation relative to the identified objectives. The AOA should identify the general level of significance of any sites and recommend whether National Register listing should also be sought. All sub-units of Minute Man NHP including the North Bridge, Battle Road, and Wayside are to be included in this study. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a Firm-Fixed Priced contract as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS code for this project is 541990 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The contract performance period is 9 (nine) months following Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204 the estimated price, range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
